Dixie Shootout Series Race #1 Results

Drivers Meeting

NCQMA club members showed their support of the Dixie Shootout Series at the first regional race in Nashville, TN on March 15th, accounting for 37 of the 108 cars registered to race. Families traveled from all over the southeast to the Music City Quarter Midget Association (MCQMRA) to compete in what would prove to be a long, but exciting, weekend.

Unfortunately a rainy Saturday forced the organizers to postpone the racing action until Sunday. Undaunted by the change in plans, NCQMA drivers came ready to race and it showed. Our drivers took fast times in qualifying for many classes, won in 6 of the 11 classes, and swept all of the top 3 spots in 3 of those!
