Fundraising: NCQMA has more fundraising events planned for 2007 most of which will occur at our 3rd Annual Carolina Fall Nationals. This event is our biggest and best event of the season, and our last effort as a club to raise money for NCQMA in 2007! Let’s get together and make it successful! Please take a look at the following info. Raffle at the CFN - NCQMA members please donate an item to be raffled at the CFN. See flyer for details. Also, anyone who is able to volunteer some time to work the raffle table please email mccjf@aol.com. 50/50 at the Region 3 Tar Heel Classic and the CFN Bake Sale at the CFN - Once again there will be a Bake Sale at the CFN. In the past NCQMA has organized several bake sales and each time it’s been a huge success for NCQMA. See flyer for details. CFN Event T-shirts - This year NCQMA is having custom screened t-shirts designed by Blue Sky T-Shirts. You may be familiar with Blue Sky T-Shirts. They did the shirts at the 2006 Eastern Grands and the 2007 Western Grands. Blue Sky also does many generic designs with quarter midgets. Some of the most familiar designs have a biker, Harley Davidson theme to them. NCQMA is very excited to have Blue Sky create our event shirts as well as the opportunity to sell them ourselves! Anyone who can volunteer some time to sell shirts during the CFN please email mccjf@aol.com. Tennis Balls - Would each family please donate 2 cans of tennis balls. Please bring to the sign-in building as you come through registration no later than November 10th. The tennis balls will be used for a game Thanksgiving Day. Sponsorship: NCQMA is looking for trophy sponsorships for the year end awards. See flyer and order form for details. This includes the Summer Points Series and the Championship Points Series. These sponsorships directly benefit the kids of NCQMA. NCQMA members are welcome to solicit local businesses, vendors, etc. Sponsorships are $350 per class. The sponsor’s name will appear on each trophy awarded in that class. Anyone who is interested in sponsoring a class please email mccjf@aol.com ASAP. Advertising is the major support and success of the yearbook. $150 Inside Front or Back Cover, $100 Full Page, $50 Half Page, $25 Quarter Page Don’t forget to turn in the Awards Ballot by October 13th.
