Online registrations will begin on Wednesday, September 12th at 7 PM EST and end on October 31, 2012 at 10 PM EST. NO additional registrations will be done at the event.
Registration will be a (2) step process: 1st - Register online; 2nd - Mail total payment to NCQMA, ATTN: Tonya Murray, P.O. Box 267, Harrisburg, NC 28075.
Total fees must be mailed to NCQMA and must be received by November 10, 2012. If your registration payment is not received by November 10, 2012 you will be dropped from the event.
Race cancellation and/or class changes must be received by Monday, November 10, 2012. Absolutely NO refunds after November 10, 2012.
Batch Qualifying order will be determined by online pre-registration timestamp - First to register, last to qualify.
Transponders are required. Transponders are available to rent for $5.
RaceCeivers are required. A limited number of RaceCeivers are available to rent for $20. Earbuds are available for purchase for $15.
All participants will be required to sign the USAC waiver forms and NCQMA`s Zero Tolerance Policy.
All participants will be required to show their USAC identification badges.
If you`re not a USAC member, you may use your once-a-lifetime free pass to run a USAC race. Print this form & bring with you to sign ins.
