- 300 Car Maximum - Please register early!
- $55 Per Class, includes track-supplied fuel and parking
- $5 Fuel Credit for Lt. AA, Hvy. AA, and Jr. Half. Handlers must provide methanol for these classes.
- $5 Transponder Rental
- $20 RaceCeiver Rental
- $5 Program Ad (1/8 page), 1/4, 1/2 , and full pages also available--Contact Denise Cline if interested.
- Online Pre-Registration Only - Please DO NOT mail registration form. Mail total payment (Check, cashier`s check, or money order) payable to NCQMA to Tonya Murray, P.O. Box 267, Harrisburg, NC 28075.
- Registration will be a (2) step process: 1st- Register online 2nd - Mail total payment to NCQMA.
- Online registrations will end on October 20, 2011 at 10:00PM. NO additional registrations will be done at the event.
- Total fees must be mailed to NCQMA and received by October 31, 2011. If your registration payment is not received by October 31, 2011 you will be dropped from the event.
- Race cancellation and/or class changes must be received by Monday - November 7, 2011. Absolutely NO refunds after October 31st.
- Single-car qualifying order will be determined by online pre-registration timestamp - First to register, last to qualify.
- Transponders are required. Transponder rentals are available.
- RaceCeivers are required. RaceCeivers are available to rent for $20 or purchase for $100. Earbuds are available for purchase for $15.
- All participants will be required to sign the USAC waiver forms.
- All participants will be required to show their USAC identification badges.
- Use your once-a-lifetime free pass to run a USAC race. Print this form & bring with you to sign ins.
